The television show Crisis is a story about the most powerful parents in the world. An ex-CIA agent takes charge as the mastermind of a kidnapping when he realizes that in order to bring these powerful people down, he needs to take from them their most precious cargo – their children. Once kidnapped from a school field trip, the kids are held as hostages in an unnamed location while the kidnapper (Francis Gibson) uses their parents to get what he wants. In the first parent mission, Gibson only asks for money, but as times get more complicated, more drastic tasks are proposed. Parents are asked to steal, torture, and even kill to ensure the safety and return of their child.

All throughout the series, secret service agent Marcus Finley and FBI agent Susan Dunn work together to crack the case. There have been times throughout the series when they think that have the location of the hostages, but many obstacles have been hit and caused minor setbacks. Next Sunday, May 25, the season finale will air and it all will come to an end. Will the hostages be found? What other insane things could parents be asked to do? To what extent will they prevail?
